Waffle premix is without egg & can also be used for pancakes, muffins etc. You can make both sweet as well as savoury waffle of the same. Apart from breakfast & ala-carte, waffle could be used as a part conferences & banqueting ( many hotels use the same for high tea functions as well). Menu’s as served by certain restaurants & stand alone(s) are attached with the mail. Possibilities are limitless.

Waffle Batter Recipe :-
Take 3 litres of water & add one packet of Carbon flour (2.27kg)
Blend & form a batter till smooth without any lumps.
Let the batter rest for 7 - 10 minutes
Add 500 grams of melted butter (salted/unsalted) in the batter & continue whisking.
Post whisking till smooth, let the batter rest for 60 minutes in room temperature (20 - 22 celsius)
Waffle Batter is ready for use post resting period.
Note:- Make sure batter is transported / stored in a temperature controlled environment.
Incase batter is stored in overnight refrigeration, add 250 - 275 ml of water & whisk to achieve desired consistency.
