Waffle / Pancake / Crepe Solutions


We thank you for your interest in Golden Malted, kindly go through the video the same is self-explanatory further, the Waffle premix is without egg & can also be used for crepes, pancakes, muffins etc. You can make both sweet as well as savory waffle of the same. Apart from breakfast & ala-carte, waffle could be used as a part conference & banqueting ( many hotels use the same for high tea functions as well). Possibilities are limitless.

Note:- Approx. costing of one waffle ( 4 quarters ) is 42 - 44, ± wastage


Waffle Batter Recipe:-

  1. Take 3 liters of water & add one packet of Carbon flour (2.27kg)
  2. Blend & form a batter till smooth without any lumps.
  3. Let the batter rest for 7 - 10 minutes
  4. Add 500 grams of melted butter (salted/unsalted) in the batter & continue whisking.
  5. Post whisking till smooth, let the batter rest for 60 minutes in room temperature (20 - 22 Celsius)
  6. Waffle Batter is ready for use post resting period.
Note:- Make sure batter is transported/stored in a temperature controlled environment.
In case batter is stored in overnight refrigeration, add 250 - 275 ml of water & whisk to achieve desired consistency.

Pancake Batter Recipe:-

  1. Take 1 liter of water & 1 liter of milk, add one packet of Carbon flour (2.27kg)
  2. Blend & form a batter till smooth without any lumps.
  3. Let the batter rest for 7 - 10 minutes
  4. Add 500 grams of melted butter (salted/unsalted) in the batter & continue whisking.
  5. Post whisking till smooth, let the batter rest for 60 minutes in room temperature (20 - 22 Celsius)
