Let the batter rest for 7 - 10 minutes Add 500 grams of melted butter (salted/unsalted) in the batter & continue whisking. Post whisking till smooth, let the batter rest for 60 minutes in room temperature (20 - 22 celsius) Waffle Batter is ready for use post resting period. Note:- Make sure batter is transported / stored in a temperature controlled environment. Incase batter is stored in overnight refrigeration, add 250 - 275 ml of water & whisk to achieve desired consistency.
